The trustees are delighted to report that a new picnic bench has been installed in front of the pavilion.
It commemorates the late great John Hodgkinson, who was chairman of the trustees when the trust was originally formed in 1998.
The bench has been donated by Jill, John's wife, and members of the family.
John was always a stalwart supporter and champion of the Brodie Lodge playing field, and we are sure he would be delighted to have been remembered in this practical way.
