Brodie Lodge Playing Field Management Committee comprises a group of Trustees (named on our About Us page) operating as registered charity number 288513. Although we are not a business we do nevertheless follow the principles of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

For facility bookings and/or our 200+ Club administration we may collect the following information:

-Name

-Address

-Email address

-Telephone Numbers

We use this information solely to to save and fulfill your facilities booking or to manage your subscription to our annual 200+ Club draw season. If you have given us consent to do so we publish the name of monthly 200+ Club winners on this website and in the Flore Village Messenger publication and contact you to offer renewal of your subscription.

We only maintain your data so long as necessary to fulfill our obligations to you in the above matters.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial processes to safeguard and secure the data we collect.
