IS THE PLAYING FIELD AVAILABLE FOR HIRE?
Yes. If you are organising an event and would like to use the playing field please contact us on enquiries@brodielodge.co.uk . We will check availability and suitability, for example fetes, family fun days, holiday clubs, sponsored sports activities, sports days and even a wedding have been hosted here. Please note you will need your own event insurance.

IS THE PAVILION AVAILABLE FOR HIRE?
The Pavilion is already in use Mon-Fri daytimes during school terms. You can however hire the venue at weekends and for late afternoon/evening events.

Cost for hiring the pavilion and/or the playing field are -
For a full day's use - £55.00
For a half-day's use (i.e. over 2 hours but less than 5 hours) - £35.00
For hire for a period of less than two hours - £10.00 per hour.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT REGARDING FAULTY PLAY EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES?
If you spot a problem with any of the equipment at the Playing Field please e-mail us or call Sue on 07967 595510 .

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SEE SUSPICIOUS OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AT THE PLAYING FIELD
If you or the facilities are in immediate danger please call the Police on 999. For non-emergency situations please call and report the issue to the Police on 101. If damage has occured to playing field facilities then please also call Sue on 07967 595510 or Geoff on 07843 309902. PLEASE DO MAKE POLICE REPORTS AS WITHOUT THESE WE LOSE VITAL INFORMATION / PATTERNS WHICH MAY HELP PREVENT FUTURE CRIME
